Let's analyze yeast!!!!


In the last practice of 1st ESO, in six tubes with some yeast in each one, we added: 


a.   Just the yeast (one teaspoon)
b.   A pinch (a little bit) of sugar.
c.   10 ml of cold (tap) water.
d.   A pinch of sugar and 10 ml warm water (about 35ºC)
e.   A pinch of sugar and 10 ml boiling water.
f.   A pinch of sugar and 10 ml cold water.

Which conditions do you think are the best?
